At REAL Discipleship, we are committed to providing valuable faith-based resources, coaching, and community support.
Due to the digital nature of our products, memberships, downloadable resources, and coaching services, all sales are generally considered final.
1. Memberships & Digital Products
Memberships & Digital Products
Due to the digital nature of our memberships, courses, downloadable resources, training materials, and online content, all payments are non-refundable once processed, except where otherwise required by law or expressly stated in writing by REAL Discipleship.
Membership purchases may provide immediate access to digital content, community spaces, training resources, and/or coaching opportunities.
2. Subscription Cancellations
Recurring memberships, including Active Duty, may be canceled at any time before the next billing date.
Cancellation stops future recurring charges but does not refund payments already processed.
Unless otherwise stated, members will retain access through the remainder of the billing period already paid for. Access will end before the next renewal.
If an Active Duty Founding Member cancels and later re-enrolls, the current membership rate at the time of re-enrollment may apply.
3. Missed Coaching Sessions
Complimentary or paid coaching sessions may be forfeited if missed without notice.
No-shows may not be eligible for rescheduling unless approved by REAL Discipleship.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests due to billing errors or exceptional circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Approval of an exception does not create an obligation to provide the same exception in future circumstances.
