At REAL Discipleship, we are committed to providing valuable faith-based resources, coaching, and community support.
Due to the digital nature of our products, memberships, downloadable resources, and coaching services, all sales are generally considered final.
1. Memberships & Digital Products
Payments for memberships, digital products, downloadable resources, coaching sessions, and online content are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
2. Subscription Cancellations
Recurring memberships may be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle.
Cancellation will stop future charges but will not refund previous payments already processed.
3. Missed Coaching Sessions
Complimentary or paid coaching sessions may be forfeited if missed without notice.
No-shows may not be eligible for rescheduling unless approved by REAL Discipleship.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests due to billing errors or exceptional circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
REAL Discipleship reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests at its discretion.
